**Avnet Moves into Former GoDaddy Headquarters**
Avnet, a leading global technology distributor and solutions provider, has acquired the office building at 2155 East GoDaddy Way from ElmTree Funds. The 150,000-square-foot, Class A facility is set to become Avnet’s new global headquarters.
Transwestern’s Jim Fijan, Jack Fijan, and Scott Baumgarten represented ElmTree Funds in the transaction. Avnet, currently headquartered at 2211 South 47th Street in Phoenix, plans to relocate to the new building by mid-2026.
Originally constructed in 2014, the building was previously home to GoDaddy, Inc.’s corporate headquarters. The property boasts a wide range of outdoor amenities, including pickleball courts, a skate park, basketball and volleyball courts, and a soccer field. Indoors, it offers a full-service kitchen, conference and training rooms, multiple huddle rooms, a full gym with locker rooms and showers, a yoga room, and a game center.
Located in the ASU Research Park, the building is situated within one of the region’s premier research and corporate business ecosystems, which hosts dozens of top-tier companies.
