**Related, Merrimac Secure $160M Construction Financing for Waldorf Astoria Residences in Pompano Beach**

Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, in partnership with Hilton, have closed on $160 million in construction financing from Bank OZK for the Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach. This project marks a historic milestone as the first-ever standalone residential development under the iconic Waldorf Astoria brand.

Occupying two acres of prime oceanfront real estate, the development will feature a 28-story residential tower comprising 92 luxury condominium homes. Residences range in size from 2,100 to 6,100 square feet and include two- to five-bedroom floor plans. The project is designed to deliver exceptional coastal living with an array of resort-style amenities and services.

Key features include a 20,000-square-foot oceanfront pool deck, a private spa, an outdoor bar and dining lounge, summer kitchens, and exclusive access to 200 linear feet of private beachfront. Additionally, the property will offer a private marina with nearly two dozen boat slips.

Residents will have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center and an on-site spa featuring private treatment rooms, as well as separate sauna and steam rooms for men and women.
