**Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital Signs 10-Year Lease in Fontana**

Progressive Real Estate Partners has announced the signing of a new 10-year lease with Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital (LLUCH) for an 8,400-square-foot sub-anchor space at 16874 S. Highland Road in Fontana, California. The leased space is located within Highland Village, a newly developed shopping center anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and situated adjacent to the I-210 freeway.

Paul Su, Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing & Sales at Progressive Real Estate Partners, exclusively marketed the property and represented the landlord in the transaction. LLUCH was represented by Lon Mapes of LDM Commercial.

LLUCH is part of the larger Loma Linda University Health system, which includes eight professional schools, six hospitals, and over 1,200 faculty physicians serving Southern California’s Inland Empire region.

“We’re thrilled that LLUCH selected this location to expand their pediatric services in the Inland Empire, and we’re excited to welcome them to the center,” said Su. “Medical tenants increasingly favor retail centers for their visibility and convenience. Properties like Highland Village—featuring freeway pylon and entry monument signage—make it easy for families to find the facility.”
