**Avison Young Closes Two Industrial Deals in Indianapolis**

Avison Young recently completed the sale of two industrial properties located in the Indianapolis metro area. Each property sold for $1.5 million and represents strategic acquisitions for their respective buyers.

The first property, located at 2460 N. Arlington Avenue, spans 20,970 square feet and was purchased by Capitol City Fence Company (CCFC) for the purpose of consolidating its operations under one roof. Peter Seoane, Vice President at Avison Young, represented CCFC in the transaction, while the property’s seller, P7 Property LLC, was represented by Nick Spegal of Re/Max Realty Group.

The second transaction involved 2950 E. Hanna Avenue, an 18,200-square-foot property that had recently become vacant. This facility includes a 7,600-square-foot warehouse, 8,186 square feet of office space, and a 2,414-square-foot secondary storage warehouse. It also features a 0.41-acre parcel of land with expansion potential, as well as an existing 3,113-square-foot single-family residence. Peter Seoane also represented the seller, Walsman Associates, LLC, while the buyer, 2950 Hanna, LLC, was represented by Shelly Johnson of KW Commercial.

With these deals, Avison Young continues to demonstrate its strong presence in the Indianapolis industrial market.
