**Interra Realty Brokers $5.87M Sale of Multifamily Portfolio Near University of Illinois**

Interra Realty has facilitated the $5.87 million sale of a five-building, 102-unit multifamily portfolio located within close proximity to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Michael Duckler, Director at Interra Realty, represented the confidential buyer in this off-market transaction. The portfolio includes five apartment buildings situated at 1001-1021 W. Francis Drive and the adjacent 1402-1406 N. McKinley Avenue. Also included in the acquisition is a single-family home located at 1012 W. Francis Drive.
