**Foxconn Acquires Houston Industrial Park for $142M, Plans $450M AI Server Facility**

Global electronics manufacturer Foxconn Corporation has acquired the Fairbanks Logistics Park, a four-building, one-million-square-foot Class A industrial complex located in northwest Houston. The purchase price was $142 million. The seller, Dalfen Industrial, originally acquired the 86.3-acre property for $90.6 million in July 2023.

Foxconn, a key supplier for tech giants including Apple Inc. and Nvidia Corp., plans to invest $450 million to develop an AI server manufacturing facility at the site. The project is expected to generate 600 direct jobs, according to the Greater Houston Partnership.

The transaction was brokered by Garrett Geaccone, Jeremy Lumbreras, and Tyler Maner of Stream Realty on behalf of Dalfen Industrial. Reggie Beavan and Joshua Brown of Newmark Group, Inc. represented Foxconn.

Foxconn’s acquisition aligns with broader tech industry growth in the region. Both Apple and Nvidia recently announced plans to launch new production facilities in Houston. Apple is planning a 250,000-square-foot server manufacturing facility, slated to open in 2026.
