**Lincoln Avenue Communities Breaks Ground on 260 Affordable Housing Units in Arvada**

Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC) has officially broken ground on Marshall Pointe Apartments, a 260-unit affordable housing development in Arvada, Colorado. Designed to serve residents earning between 30% and 70% of the area median income, the project is located at 5190 Marshall Street.

Marshall Pointe Apartments will include two dedicated courtyards—one designed for children and the other for adults. Additional amenities will feature a gym, game room, and lounge, providing community-focused spaces for residents. The development is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.

Financing for the project was backed by two construction loans issued by JPMorgan Chase, totaling $96.7 million ($63 million and $33.7 million). Supplementary funding was provided by the state as well as local and state housing authorities.

This project represents LAC’s second ground-up development in the Denver metropolitan area. Its inaugural project, InterQuest Ridge Apartments—a 240-unit community in Colorado Springs—was completed last year.
