**Leasing Underway at Historic Swift Building**

Radom Capital and Triten Real Estate Partners have officially broken ground on The Swift BLDG, a $10 million redevelopment project transforming the historic Swift & Company Packing Plant. Originally constructed in 1917 and 1953, the building will be repurposed into a vibrant mixed-use destination. Origin Bank is providing the construction financing, while Elysium Construction will serve as the general contractor. The architectural design is being led by the Michael Hsu Office of Architecture.

The Swift BLDG will feature more than 30,000 square feet of office space designed to integrate food concepts alongside health and wellness tenants. The office leasing efforts are being led by Bubba Harkins, Jenny Sealy, and Nina Seyyedin.

In addition to office space, the development will include approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space. Barton Kelly and Sidney Whaley of Radom Capital are heading up the retail leasing, with only three retail opportunities still available.

Current leases secured at the Swift BLDG include tenants in the restaurant, dessert, fitness, wellness, beauty, and office sectors. Roughly 45% of the building’s available space is currently under negotiation. Project completion and space delivery are scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
