**X Team Retail Advisors Adds Atlanta-Based COUNCIL Real Estate to National Platform**
X Team Retail Advisors, a national network consisting of nearly 400 retail real estate specialists across approximately 50 markets in the U.S. and Canada, has expanded its reach by adding COUNCIL Real Estate as its latest affiliate. The Atlanta-based retail brokerage is the second firm to join X Team’s national platform within the last month.
This partnership marks a pivotal step for COUNCIL Real Estate as it continues to grow and strengthen its ability to provide tenant and landlord representation throughout the Atlanta metro area, the state of Georgia, and the greater Southeast region.
COUNCIL is led by Managing Principal and broker Sarah Williams, alongside Principal Taylor Dozier. Under their leadership, the firm has built a strong reputation as a trusted retail specialist. Its tenant representation portfolio includes a mix of national and local brands such as Tropical Smoothie Café, Peachtree Immediate Care, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, Hattie B’s, High Country Outfitters, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, HomeSense, Sierra, LA Fitness, Sola, and Carter’s — which is headquartered in Atlanta.
In a broader strategic move, X Team Retail Advisors launched a national Retailer Services division last year. This initiative offers a comprehensive suite of outsourced services tailored specifically for retailers, further enhancing the firm’s full-service retail capabilities.
