Bridge Industrial Secures $77.5M Financing for Miami-Dade Industrial Park
Bridge Industrial has secured $77.5 million in permanent financing for Bridge Point AVE, a Class-A industrial park encompassing nearly 600,000 square feet across three buildings. The project is located within the AVE Aviation and Commerce Centre, a master-planned development in central Miami-Dade County.
The financing was arranged by Steve Roth, Bill Jurjovec, and the CBRE Debt & Structured Finance team.
Completed in 2021, the industrial park is nearing full occupancy, with only 30,286 square feet of space currently available. The three buildings within the complex are:
– Building 1: 199,800 square feet at 5590 NW 145th Street
– Building 2: 110,588 square feet at 14150 NW 56th Court
– Building 3: 279,499 square feet at 14250 Aviation Drive
The site offers excellent access to major transportation arteries, including the Palmetto Expressway to the north and Gratigny Parkway to the south, with convenient connections to Florida’s Turnpike, I-95, and I-75.
Since 2012, Bridge Industrial has been an active player in South Florida’s industrial real estate market, acquiring more than 750 acres in 23 separate transactions to support its development strategy in the region.
