**Ryan Companies and Cogir Senior Living Celebrate Grand Opening of Cogir of Tigard Near Portland**
Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Cogir Senior Living recently celebrated the grand opening of Cogir of Tigard, a luxurious senior living community offering 107 independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences.
Located at 9244 Southwest Oak Street in Tigard, Oregon—just nine miles from Portland—the three-story, resort-style community boasts a wide range of upscale amenities. Residents can enjoy multiple dining venues, a salon, fitness center, library, theater, and dedicated activity rooms. Additional features include an art studio, a community dog park, and a putting green, all designed to support an engaging and active lifestyle.
Ryan Companies served as the builder for Cogir of Tigard. The national developer has constructed more than 60 senior living communities across the country and developed 35 of those under its own portfolio. This project marks Ryan’s third senior living development in the Northwest region and its first in the state of Oregon.
