**Bendetti Makes First Industrial Acquisition in San Diego**
Bendetti, a national investor and asset manager specializing in industrial properties and headquartered in Irvine, has announced the acquisition of a 72,158-square-foot multi-tenant industrial facility located at 9605 Airway Rd. in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego. This marks the firm’s first industrial acquisition in the San Diego market.
The property was acquired for an undisclosed amount. The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s team including Bryce Aberg, Louay Alsadek, Maddie Mawby, Charlie Jacobs, and Ryan Demarest. Additional advisory on the local market was provided by Cushman & Wakefield professionals Regan Tully, Erik Parker, Brant Aberg, SIOR, and Trent Smith.
