**Meridian Group Acquires Vacant Office Tower in Tysons**
The Meridian Group (TMG) announced Wednesday that it has acquired Boro Central, a 388,206-square-foot trophy office tower previously known as Tysons Central. The property is located at 1750 Tysons Central Street in Tysons, Virginia.
Now under new ownership, the building will be reintroduced to the market and integrated into TMG’s signature mixed-use development, The Boro.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, though according to the *Washington Business Journal*, the building had remained vacant since its opening in 2022.
“Boro Central is an impressive building with its incredible natural light, sweeping views of Northern Virginia, and unbeatable location within the expanding Boro District,” said Katie Yanushonis, Senior Vice President of Leasing at TMG. “We’re excited to enhance its appeal with more flexible leasing options that meet the needs of a wide range of tenants in the market—from established regional firms to Fortune 500 companies.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Masi, Scott Goldberg, and Paige Barger will continue to lead the leasing efforts for the property.
