Sprouts Farmers Market Breaks Ground on New Phoenix Headquarters

Construction is officially underway on the new Sprouts Farmers Market campus in north Phoenix. Located near 56th Street and Loop 101 within the CityNorth development, the campus will serve as the grocery chain’s corporate headquarters.

Spanning over seven acres, the project includes a four-story office building totaling 144,500 square feet and a 25,000-square-foot Sprouts grocery store. The development will also feature 11,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and a three-story parking garage.

Future phases of the project could introduce additional amenities such as a gym, yoga studio, café, and tasting rooms. Trammell Crow Company is leading the development, with Wespac serving as the builder and RSP Architects designing the campus.

Sprouts plans to transition from its current 96,000-square-foot headquarters to the new location by August 2026.
