**Seals Family Properties and Gillum Development to Break Ground on The Neue in New Braunfels**
Seals Family Properties, in collaboration with New Braunfels-based Gillum Development, is set to begin construction on The Neue, a new mixed-use development that will feature residential, office, and retail components. Groundbreaking is expected in early 2026.
The $20 million development will span 72,000 square feet and be located at 699 W. San Antonio Street in New Braunfels. Upon completion, The Neue will comprise 46 condominium units, three professional office spaces totaling 3,300 square feet, and two retail spaces with a combined area of 2,000 square feet.
Designed to offer a modern living experience, the condominium project will include a variety of amenities such as:

– Resort-style pool
– Landscaped courtyard
The Neue is projected to be completed by the spring of 2027.
