Seals Family Properties and New Braunfels-based Gillum Development are set to break ground on The Neue, a new mixed-use development that will feature 46 condominium units, along with office and retail space. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026.
Located at 699 W. San Antonio Street in New Braunfels, the 72,000-square-foot project is expected to cost approximately $20 million.
The Neue will include three professional office spaces totaling 3,300 square feet and two retail units covering a combined 2,000 square feet.
In addition to residential and commercial offerings, the condominium component will feature a range of amenities such as:
– Dog park
– Pet washing station
– Fitness room
– Resort-style pool
– Courtyard
The project is projected to be completed by spring 2027.
