**New Braunfels Developer Duo Launches Mixed-Use Project “The Neue”**
Seals Family Properties and New Braunfels-based Gillum Development have announced plans to break ground on “The Neue,” an upcoming mixed-use development that will bring 46 condominium units, office space, and retail to the growing city of New Braunfels. Construction is expected to begin in early 2026.
Located at 699 W. San Antonio Street, the 72,000-square-foot project carries an estimated cost of $20 million.
The Neue will include three professional office suites totaling 3,300 square feet and two retail spaces totaling 2,000 square feet. In addition to its commercial components, the residential side of the development will offer a range of amenities designed to enhance urban living. Planned features include:
– Dog park
– Pet washing station
– Fitness room
– Resort-style pool
– Courtyard
The project is scheduled for completion by spring 2027.
