Commerce technology company Queen One has signed a 10-year lease for 29,718 square feet at 25 Kent, a prominent Williamsburg office building. This lease marks a major milestone for the building following the transition of primary management to Global Holdings. The firm, which has held a stake in 25 Kent since 2018, is now leading the property’s next phase of development, introducing a targeted prebuilt program and investing in capital improvements.

To support this initiative, Global Holdings has appointed Newmark as the building’s exclusive leasing agent. The Newmark team is led by Ryan Gessin, Will Grover, and Jordan Gosin.

“As longtime investors in 25 Kent, we’re excited to now take the lead on the building’s next chapter as we celebrate this significant lease signing in the Brooklyn office market,” said Craig Panzirer, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Global Holdings. “Our focus is on investing in new capital improvements and positioning the building as a hub for the next generation of creative and tech innovators — companies like Queen One.”

The lease underscores a growing trend of technology and creative firms seeking high-quality office space in Brooklyn, further enhancing 25 Kent’s status as a modern workplace destination.
