MCA Realty Acquires 106,000 SF Industrial Property in Carlsbad for $30.7 Million
MCA Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate investment firm based in Orange County, has acquired a 106,311-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building located at 2270 Camino Vida Roble in Carlsbad, California. The property was purchased for $30.7 million in an off-market transaction from an institutional owner.
As part of its investment strategy, MCA Realty plans to rebrand the property and implement select exterior and interior improvements. The building is currently 95% leased, and leasing efforts will be led by Conor Boyle and Tyler Stemley of Cushman & Wakefield.
“We acquired this project for its infill North County San Diego location and highly desirable small-bay suite sizes,” said Tyler Mattox, principal at MCA Realty. “The North County San Diego market has demonstrated strong fundamentals in recent years, particularly due to the limited supply and construction of small-bay industrial multi-tenant spaces. This imbalance continues to drive leasing demand.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s Bryce Aberg, Conor Boyle, and Tyler Stemley represented MCA Realty in the acquisition.
