**Graham Street Realty Sells Sequoia Business Center in Petaluma**
San Francisco-based commercial real estate firm Graham Street Realty (GSR), an affiliate of Hamilton Zanze, has completed the sale of Sequoia Business Center, a two-story, 39,054-square-foot office building located in Petaluma, California. The property was purchased by Rajesh Investment Properties. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Built in 1994 and located at 1425 North McDowell Boulevard, Sequoia Business Center was acquired by GSR in December 2021. During its ownership, the firm carried out significant property enhancements, including extensive speculative suite upgrades and various site improvements to elevate the overall quality of the asset.
“We are very pleased to complete the disposition of Sequoia,” said Andrew Mustin, Director of Asset Management at GSR. “We enjoyed our ownership of this North Bay asset and believed the time was right to engage in this transaction and transition the property to its next owner.”
Property management services during GSR’s ownership were provided by Paramount Property Co., an Oakland-based affiliate of Graham Street Realty.
