Constellation Real Estate Partners has officially broken ground on the Constellation Rock Island Logistics Center, a 286,700-square-foot Class A industrial facility located at 4701 W. Rock Island Road in Grand Prairie, Texas. The project, situated on 16.8 acres, is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2025.

Designed by Meinhardt Associates, the logistics center will feature modern industrial specifications including a rear-load configuration, 36-foot clear heights, 80 trailer positions, and abundant parking for employees. Positioned with frontage along Highway 161, the facility offers excellent access to major transportation routes throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The building is designed to accommodate tenants requiring spaces ranging from 75,000 square feet up to the full 286,700 square feet.

Marketing and leasing efforts for the project are being led by David Eseke and Clay Balch of Cushman & Wakefield.

Constellation Real Estate Partners continues to focus on its core capabilities in value-add acquisitions, speculative developments, and build-to-suit projects. The Grand Prairie development marks another strategic investment in the growing North Texas industrial market.
