**ANF and McDowell Housing Partners Advance Affordable Housing in Goulds**
ANF and McDowell Housing Partners are moving forward with Southpointe Vista Phase II, a 208-unit affordable housing development in Goulds, Florida. This follows the recent completion of Phase I. The second phase will feature a 12-story building and is aimed at households earning between 30% and 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
**Elion Partners Sells Industrial Portfolio for $55.4 Million**
Cushman & Wakefield represented Elion Partners in the $55.4 million sale of The Broward Collection, a two-building industrial portfolio with properties in Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. The Deerfield Beach property, at 1111 SW 30th Ave., is a 158,000-square-foot distribution center. The Pompano Beach building, located at 1121-1141 Northwest 31st Ave., totals 63,045 square feet and is fully leased to two tenants. Exeter was the buyer in the transaction.
**CP Group and DRA Advisors Secure Major Leases at Miami Tower**
CP Group, in partnership with DRA Advisors, executed over 80,000 square feet of new leasing agreements at Miami Tower, a 47-story Class A office building in Downtown Miami. Among the new tenants is Littler Mendelson P.C., the world’s largest labor and employment law firm, which has signed a lease effective later this year. JLL’s Zach Wendelin, Adam Bernstein, and Jessica Reyes represented the tenant in the transaction.
**McDowell Housing Partners Launches Affordable Housing Project in Fort Myers**
McDowell Housing Partners has closed on its latest development, Ekos on Evans, located at 3501 Evans Avenue in Fort Myers, just under two miles from the city’s downtown. The project will deliver 144 affordable residential units across five garden-style buildings. Designed for households earning 30%, 60%, and 70% of AMI, the units will range in size from 644 to 1,161 square feet and offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
