**Swig, Intercontinental Secure 85K SF of Leases at 6300 Wilshire**
The Swig Company and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation have announced the completion of more than 85,000 square feet in lease transactions over the past six months at 6300 Wilshire in Los Angeles. The activity includes six new tenant leases and renewals with five existing tenants, two of which also expanded their footprint in the building.
New tenants recently added to the roster at 6300 Wilshire include BLogic Systems/TuCorp, Niasoff Group, Blue Chips Coffee, and Employment Rights Lawyers. Lease renewals were secured with long-standing tenants such as the Consulate General of Egypt, IW Group, and SPZ Advisors.
