Torrington Properties, a Boston-based real estate and development firm, has appointed Mike Norris as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With 25 years of experience in the industry, Norris will oversee the company’s financial operations and play a key role in accelerating its growth trajectory.
CEO Jay Bisognano expressed his enthusiasm for having Norris join Torrington’s team: “Mike is a well-respected real estate professional with multi-billion dollar transaction experience. His leadership of our financial operations will help us reach our goals while providing an elevated experience for all stakeholders.” Previously serving as chief compliance officer and director of accounting at Marcus Partners, Norris contributed to over $2 billion worth of real estate transactions. He is also licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts and an active member within professional accounting organizations.
