**AIRIA Development to Launch 5,700-Acre Master-Planned Community in Montgomery County**

AIRIA Development Company is set to unveil “Colton,” a new 5,700-acre master-planned community in Todd Mission, Montgomery County, with a grand opening scheduled for early June.

Located just 45 minutes from both downtown Houston and College Station, Colton benefits from a strategic location with four miles of frontage along SH 249, providing direct access to The Woodlands, Conroe, and nearby areas. This connectivity positions Colton as a prime destination for future growth.

The community will feature homes from 11 different builders and is designed to support a full live-work-play lifestyle. Plans for the development include 500 acres dedicated to retail, medical, multifamily, and commercial space, enhancing its appeal as a comprehensive mixed-use destination.

Colton marks AIRIA Development’s third large-scale project, following the successful launches of Aliana in Richmond, Texas, and ARTAVIA in Conroe, Texas. The company specializes in managing, operating, and developing residential and multi-use properties for a global audience.
