**Logistics Property Co. Leases 1.2M SF at Box Park Logistics Center Near Philadelphia**
Logistics Property Company, LLC has secured a lease for 1.2 million square feet of warehouse space at the Box Park Logistics Center in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The site is strategically located just nine miles from the Port of Philadelphia, enhancing its appeal as a key logistics hub.
The leasing transaction was facilitated by Mark Glagola, Senior Vice President for the Northeast Region at Logistics Property Company, and J.C. Hay, Senior Vice President of Asset Management. They were supported by a Cushman & Wakefield team that included John Gartland, Jonas Skovdal, Bill Waxman, Mindy Lissner, and Sean Duncan. Eric Demmers of NAI Hanson acted as the tenant representative.
Box Park Logistics Center, situated in the southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey industrial corridor, features a fully leased, 1.2 million-square-foot Class A warehouse. The property also includes adjacent land available for a build-to-suit facility of up to 300,000 square feet. It is LEED Certified and offers access to heavy power infrastructure. Its location along U.S. Route 130 provides strong transportation connectivity.
Additionally, Cushman & Wakefield is also representing Logistics Property Company in the leasing of South Penn Logistics Center, a nearly completed, 973,000-square-foot industrial development located in Morrisville.
