**Interra Brokers $9.625M Sale of Mixed-Use Property in Rogers Park**

Interra Realty has completed the $9.625 million sale of a mixed-use property located at 6930 N. Greenview Avenue in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. Originally built in 1932, the vintage structure comprises 66 apartment units and five retail spaces.

The buyer, the Mehmeti family, was represented by Interra Managing Partner Patrick Kennelly. Interra Senior Managing Partner Joe Smazal represented the confidential seller. At the time of the transaction, both the residential and commercial portions of the building were fully leased.

The apartment units feature a mix of studios and one-bedroom layouts. The retail spaces are occupied by tenants including a local coffee shop, a political field office, and other local businesses. Notably, this transaction ranks among the largest multifamily property sales in Rogers Park this past year.

Situated in a prime location near the dining and retail offerings of Clark Street, 6930 N. Greenview is also less than a mile from Loyola University Chicago and within walking distance to Loyola Beach, enhancing its appeal for both residents and retailers.

As a related industry event, the Connect Midwest Multifamily 2025 conference will be hosted on June 4, 2025, at The Midland Hotel in Chicago. The event will feature a Lifetime Achievement Award presentation and keynote interview with Greg Mutz, Chairman and CEO of AMLI Residential Partners, along with interviewer Fred Schreiber, Chief Operating Officer. The conference offers a valuable opportunity for professionals to network and engage in discussion about the region’s multifamily real estate landscape.
