Stream Realty Partners has announced that it has secured project entitlements for the Central LA Commerce Center, a new 100,000-square-foot Class A light industrial development located at 4900 Cecilia Street in Cudahy, California. The project will transform a functionally obsolete, 1950s-era manufacturing facility into a modern, LEED-certified industrial hub designed to attract best-in-class tenants.
The redevelopment will feature a 36-foot clear height, 5,000 square feet of speculative two-story office space, 11 dock-high doors, and two drive-in doors. Designed to support modern industrial operations, the facility will include a fully secured truck court, separate ingress and egress for autos and trucks, and enhanced base building power infrastructure.
“Central LA Commerce Center represents a significant milestone for Stream as we continue to grow our industrial investment and development business in Southern California,” said Scott Sowanick, Managing Director and Partner at Stream Realty Partners. “Expanding our industrial development footprint into Central LA allows us to meet the market’s demand for high-quality, modern, and strategically located infill industrial facilities that cater to evolving tenant and consumer needs.”
The Central LA Commerce Center is poised to play a crucial role in supporting the region’s growing demand for efficient, state-of-the-art logistics and distribution facilities.
