**Core Industrial Realty Completes Several CRE Transactions Across Suburban Chicago**
Core Industrial Realty continues to make strategic commercial real estate moves across the Chicago suburbs, highlighted by a series of notable sales and lease transactions.
Core Industrial’s Noel S. Liston and Nick Krejci recently facilitated the long-term lease of a 159,000-square-foot facility at 1301 Frontenac Road in Naperville, Illinois, on behalf of the property’s owner. The Frontenac building includes 8,000 square feet of office space, high-capacity loading capabilities, and over 8,000 amps of available power. Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented the tenant, CCS, an equipment and supply distribution company.

– Core partner Matthew Lee represented Quantrol Inc. in the purchase of a 44,000-square-foot facility located at 44W210 Keslinger Road in Elburn, Illinois. The sellers were represented by Andrew Block and Mike Plumb of Lee & Associates.
– Brokers Ryan Mullins and Frank Damato IV of Core Industrial secured a long-term lease agreement for 36,440 square feet at 8401 W. 47th Street in McCook, Illinois. – Frank Damato IV closed on a long-term lease for 19,000 square feet at 11351 W. 83rd Street in Orland Park, Illinois. Damato represented the tenant, a transportation company executing an expansion. Ryan Earley of Lee & Associates represented the building’s ownership.
