**Procopio Begins Move-Ins at New Beverly Mixed-Use Community, Amara**

The Procopio Companies has announced that Amara, its latest mixed-use development in downtown Beverly, Massachusetts, has officially received its Certificate of Occupancy. Residents have begun moving in, and leasing for the property is now underway.

Strategically located at the intersection of Cabot and Rantoul Streets—two of the North Shore’s most prominent thoroughfares—Amara features 60 market-rate, Class A residences. The property offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, adding a significant residential presence to Beverly’s downtown corridor.

“After the success of our Sedna development along the Beverly waterfront, we are proud to once again partner with the City of Beverly to bring thoughtfully designed housing options to the community,” said Bryan Vitale, Senior Vice President of Investments at Procopio. “The early resident interest and move-ins at Amara reflect the growing demand for high-quality, well-located living on the North Shore.”

Amara is a joint venture between Procopio and Beverly Crossing, with Procopio serving as both the lead developer and construction manager. SV Design led the project’s architectural and interior design efforts.

The development marks another milestone in the continued revitalization of Beverly’s downtown, providing modern residences with convenient access to local amenities, public transportation, and the waterfront.
