Greenberg Traurig, one of the largest law firms in Chicago, is reportedly in advanced negotiations to lease around 90,000 square feet at 360 N. Green St., a building under construction. If the deal goes through, Greenberg would move its office from 77 W. Wacker Drive where its lease expires in May 2025. A spokeswoman for Greenberg Traurig stated that “nothing is final until a lease is signed” and that it was premature to report on the matter at this time.
The search for new office space has been ongoing for some time now and if completed successfully would make Greenberg Traurig one of many corporate offices including Google, McDonald’s and Mondelez International as well as professional services firms such Ernst & Young Kroll and Boston Consulting Group who have planted their flags in Fulton Market area of Chicago already .
