**Dolly Parton-Themed Bar Relocates Within Williamsburg to Larger Space**
Dolly’s Swing and Dive, a Dolly Parton-themed dive bar, is set to relocate within Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The bar is moving from its current location at 101 Kent Avenue to a new, larger space at 146 Wythe Avenue, located at the corner of Wythe Avenue and North 8th Street.
Lee & Associates NYC facilitated the move, securing a 10-year lease for a 2,350-square-foot space—nearly tripling the bar’s original 800-square-foot footprint. Garry Steinberg and Brett Brownstein of Lee NYC represented Dolly’s Swing and Dive in the transaction. The landlord was represented in-house by Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, along with Steinberg and Brownstein.
“The relocation of Dolly’s Swing and Dive marks a significant expansion from its current 800-square-foot space and reaffirms its continued commitment to Williamsburg,” said Brett Brownstein. Garry Steinberg added, “This deal highlights the strength and appeal of the neighborhood for food and beverage operators.”
Operating in the neighborhood for the past six years, Dolly’s Swing and Dive is known for its tribute to country music icon Dolly Parton and its nostalgic dive bar aesthetic. As part of its expansion, the bar plans to introduce a new lineup of events to complement its existing food and beverage offerings.
