**CrossBat Launches Flagship Indoor Cricket Facility in Minnesota**
Cushman & Wakefield has represented CrossBat, a new cricket sports brand, in securing an 18,000-square-foot lease at 3150 West County Road 42 in Burnsville, Minnesota. This marks the debut of CrossBat’s flagship indoor cricket facility, signaling the start of an ambitious national expansion plan.
Jake Kelly of Cushman & Wakefield represented CrossBat in the leasing transaction, while Andrew Manthai of KW Commercial represented the property owner, Metro Center LLC.
“With CrossBat, our goal is to deliver an extraordinary, year-round cricketing experience,” said Vamsi Venigalla, co-founder of CrossBat. “We’re building not just a facility but an immersive cricket ecosystem — from recreational play to elite performance — and we believe this is just the beginning of a larger movement in the U.S.”
The long-term lease has allowed CrossBat to transform the space into a state-of-the-art indoor cricket venue. “We have a unique opportunity to help shape the sport’s infrastructure, and the time is right to introduce the CrossBat concept with plans for broader expansion,” added Virendra Yadav, co-founder.
