**Astral Weeks Launches Redevelopment Project in Greenpoint, Brooklyn**
Astral Weeks, a New York City-based real estate development and management firm, has officially launched its latest project: Franklin Point. Located at 12 Franklin Street in the vibrant Greenpoint neighborhood of north Brooklyn, the new development reimagines a former industrial property into a dynamic commercial hub.
Originally acquired by Astral Weeks in 2023, the site’s transformation is part of the broader trend of converting industrial spaces into multi-functional destinations. Franklin Point is designed to accommodate a diverse mix of tenants, including retail and food and beverage concepts, creative workspaces, and venues for social, cultural, and community events.
The official launch will be marked by a private event hosted by the developer. In addition, private tours of the property are now being offered by appointment through the project’s leasing agent, GoodSpace.
