**Felice Restaurant Signs 15-Year Lease at Trump Plaza on Manhattan’s Upper East Side**

Felice, an upscale restaurant operated by SA Hospitality Group, is set to open a new location on Manhattan’s Upper East Side at Trump Plaza, located at 167 East 61st Street. The restaurant has signed a 15-year lease for 3,400 square feet of ground and lower-level space within the luxury residential and retail building.

Lee & Associates NYC negotiated the deal, with Mark Kapnick and Jordan Cohen representing Felice. The Trump Organization was represented in-house by Myles Fennon and Kelly O’Rourke.

“We are incredibly proud to have brought Felice and The Trump Organization together on this deal,” said Kapnick. “Felice is a well-known, upscale restaurant, and its newest location, on a prominent corner of the Upper East Side at Trump Plaza, will be a great addition to the neighborhood.”

Felice first opened in 2007 on the Upper East Side and has since expanded to multiple locations across Florida, New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County.
