**AJ Capital Partners Acquires Historic Table Mountain Inn in Golden for $27M**

AJ Capital Partners has expanded its hotel portfolio in Golden, Colorado, with the acquisition of the Table Mountain Inn. The Nashville-based real estate investment firm purchased the landmark property, located at 1310 Washington Avenue in downtown Golden, for $27 million.

The seller was Frank Day, owner of Concept Restaurants, who has owned the property since 1991. Originally built in 1923, the Table Mountain Inn features 74 boutique-style rooms and holds a prominent place in the heart of Golden.

This transaction marks the second hotel acquisition between AJ Capital Partners and Frank Day. Earlier this year, AJ Capital Partners purchased the historic Hotel Boulderado in Boulder for $102 million.

It remains unclear whether Table Mountain Inn will become part of the Graduate Hotels collection — a brand AJ Capital Partners established in 2014 that focuses on top-tier college towns. That collection is now under Hilton following its acquisition in 2024. The Table Mountain Inn is located just blocks from the Colorado School of Mines, making it a potential fit for the Graduate brand.

The Table Mountain Inn continues to be a notable fixture in Golden, both for its historic character and prime downtown location.
