Bridge Medical, operating under the name Allexian, has expanded its office presence at 389 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. The healthcare provider has added 3,027 square feet to its existing space, bringing its total occupancy on the building’s fourth floor to 6,832 square feet.

Represented by Steven Gurton of R New York, the company worked closely with the leasing and management agent, Koeppel Rosen LLC, to finalize the expansion. Max Koeppel, director of leasing for Koeppel Rosen, highlighted the strategic reasoning behind the move.

“Bridge Medical has been a tenant at 389 Fifth Avenue for a few years and was looking to expand at the property to accommodate company growth,” said Koeppel. “The mental health services provider wanted to expand within the building given its convenient location for patients, and our team was able to work with them to secure a space that met their needs.”

Bridge Medical specializes in a wide range of mental health services, offering treatment for conditions such as concussions, traumatic brain injuries, PTSD, anxiety, depression, Alzheimer’s disease, and various other neurological disorders.

The Rosen family continues to own and manage the Midtown building, with leasing services provided in-house by Koeppel Rosen.
