**Plumas Bank in Susanville Sells for $4.7M to Private Investor**
SRS Real Estate Partners has completed the $4.7 million sale of a property occupied by Plumas Bank, located at 3000 Riverside Drive in Susanville, California. Originally renovated in 2021, the 5,440-square-foot building is secured by a new 15-year, absolute corporate-guaranteed triple net lease, providing a stable long-term investment for the buyer.
The transaction was facilitated by Alexander Moore, Vice President of SRS Real Estate Partners, and Jeff Lefko, Executive Vice President of Hanley Investment Group, who represented the seller— a private investment group. The buyer is a San Diego-based private investor.
