**EōS Fitness Expands Texas Presence with Four New Leases**

EōS Fitness is continuing its expansion across Texas with the signing of four new gym leases—three in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and one in San Antonio.

In South Dallas, EōS Fitness signed a lease for a 40,000-square-foot location at 3450 Bainbridge Drive. The facility, scheduled to open in 2026, will be housed in Wheatland Towne Crossing shopping plaza, joining prominent retailers such as Target, Ross Dress for Less, and PetSmart. The lease was facilitated by Segovia Partners.

In Saginaw, the fitness brand secured a 42,500-square-foot space at the northeast corner of East Bailey Boswell Road and Millstone Road. When completed in 2026, it will be the city’s largest fitness center. The surrounding retail hub includes well-known grocery anchors like Walmart, Kroger Marketplace, Albertsons, ALDI, and Sprouts.

EōS also signed a long-term lease for a 40,000-square-foot facility in Fort Worth, located at the southwest corner of Altamesa Boulevard and Chisholm Trail Parkway. The gym will share the development with BJ’s Wholesale Club, with Segovia Partners also brokering this transaction.

In San Antonio, EōS Fitness will open a 38,602-square-foot gym at 11761 Bandera Road, taking over the space formerly occupied by Gold’s Gym at Bandera Pointe, just off Loop 1604.

This wave of lease signings marks another step in EōS Fitness’ aggressive growth strategy and reaffirms its commitment to bringing high-value, affordable fitness options to communities across Texas.
