**CenterPoint Properties Leases 4.66 Acres at South Seattle Industrial Yard**
CenterPoint Properties has successfully leased 4.66 acres of its industrial site located at 8249 5th Avenue South in Seattle. The property, known as CenterPoint Seattle Yard, is one of the largest contiguous industrial yards situated between the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma.
Kidder Mathews brokers Chris Corr and Matt Murray, SIOR, represented CenterPoint in the transaction. They will continue to manage leasing for the property on behalf of the company.
“What makes this property unique is not only its size, but its excellent condition,” said Murray. “At the time of leasing, this was the largest paved, lit, and fenced contiguous yard available in King County.”
The leased parcel is part of a larger 17-acre industrial property strategically located near key transportation routes, including Interstate 5, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and the Port of Seattle. Its scale, security features, and accessibility make it a valuable asset for logistics and industrial operations in the region.
