**220-Suite Hotel Proposed Near Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas**

A new eight-story hotel has been proposed in the industrial area near Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Although the area is primarily zoned for industrial use, Clark County adopted the Stadium District Plan in 2021 in an effort to encourage the development of restaurants, retail, and entertainment venues to support the $2 billion stadium, which is home to the Las Vegas Raiders.

The hotel would be located less than a mile from Allegiant Stadium, at the southwest corner of Quail Avenue and Valley View Boulevard. The proposal is scheduled to go before the Clark County Zoning Commission for consideration.

Plans for the hotel include approximately 220 guest suites and a range of amenities such as a ballroom and banquet hall, spa and nail salon, sushi bar, outdoor swimming pool, and an outdoor event space designed for live entertainment.

Currently, several budget hotels are situated just south of the stadium, while The Luxor and Excalibur resorts are located to the east along the Las Vegas Strip. The new hotel would add to the area’s growing appeal for visitors and locals attending events at the stadium.
