Entre Commercial Realty has announced the successful sale of a multi-tenant industrial property located at 725 N. Central Avenue in Wood Dale, Illinois.
The 18,190-square-foot building, situated on 0.87 acres, features five drive-in doors, 15-foot clear ceilings, and ample parking. The asset was acquired by an investor who intends to make improvements aimed at attracting additional tenants.
Brad Bullington of Entre Commercial represented the buyer, while Bryan Sonn of GC Realty represented the seller in the transaction.
