**PCCP and Endeavor Advance Third Phase of Arbor Lakes Business Park in Minnesota**
A joint venture between PCCP, LLC and Endeavor Development has officially commenced construction on the third phase of the Arbor Lakes Business Park in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
The development partnership has already completed two phases of the project, which together include four buildings and over 849,000 square feet of industrial space. The latest phase will add a 197,964-square-foot, Class A industrial building situated on 12.5 acres at 10275 73rd Place North. Completion of this third phase is projected for 2026.
Designed with modern industrial features, the rear-load facility will offer 32-foot clear heights, 3,000 amps of power, 18 dock doors, two grade-level doors, and a 120-foot truck court.
