**Z Life Co. Breaks Ground on $300 Million Las Vegas Residential and Hotel Project**
Z Life Co. has officially begun work on a major multi-tower development near the intersection of Coolidge Avenue and First Street in Las Vegas. The estimated $300 million project will bring a combination of condominiums, hotel rooms, and apartments to the area.
The first major component of the development, called Midtown Plaza, will consist of six new buildings surrounding The English Hotel, a property previously developed by Z Life.
In addition to this ambitious development, two other significant residential projects are currently underway just south of Charleston Boulevard:
– **Southern Land Co.** is constructing a 337-unit rental complex at the intersection of California Avenue and Third Street. This development will feature three seven-story buildings with a variety of amenities, including ground-floor commercial space, a two-story fitness center, and a rooftop deck. The project is slated for completion and opening in early 2026.
– **Cedar Street Companies** and **Bridge Investment Group** have partnered on a 311-unit apartment community located at the corner of Commerce Street and Imperial Avenue.
These new developments are part of a continued push to revitalize Las Vegas with modern, mixed-use residential and hospitality offerings.
