**Sprouts Construction Underway in New Braunfels’ Creekside Town Center**
NewQuest is currently under construction on the new Sprouts Farmers Market at Creekside Town Center in New Braunfels, located in Comal County.
The developer anticipates a first-quarter 2026 opening for the 23,434-square-foot grocery store. Sprouts will be within walking distance of the center’s multifamily residences as well as shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations. It will mark the first grocer within NewQuest’s 400-acre Creekside Town Center development, which now boasts more than one million square feet of completed space, with an additional 100,000 square feet planned for the growing Texas Hill Country community.
Sprouts currently operates nearly 55 locations across Texas, with the closest being approximately 35 miles southeast of New Braunfels. GLR Inc. is serving as the general contractor for the new store, which is a ground-up project within Creekside’s Phase II development.
In addition to Sprouts, new developments within Creekside Town Center include a forthcoming Topgolf and EoS Fitness, both of which will be located near EVO Entertainment. NewQuest reports that Creekside’s existing built space is 99% occupied.
