**Teddy Abdelmalek Joins HH Red Stone as SVP of Business Development**
HH Group has announced the appointment of Tadros “Teddy” Abdelmalek as Senior Vice President of Business Development at HH Red Stone, the company’s property management division. In this new role, Abdelmalek will lead the expansion of HH Red Stone’s third-party management platform, with a focus on student housing, multifamily, and affordable housing sectors across key U.S. markets.
Bringing 25 years of experience in student housing, operations, strategy, and business development, Abdelmalek is a seasoned industry veteran. Prior to joining HH Red Stone, he served as the national director of business development at Campus Life & Style, where he spearheaded the company’s third-party management growth initiatives.
