**Kidder Mathews** has announced several key promotions and new hires across California. Darren Tappen has been promoted to Regional President of Brokerage for Greater Los Angeles, Southern California, and Arizona. He will oversee 215 brokers across eight offices. Darrell Levonian has been named Managing Director of the Century City office, leading 30 brokers. David Mastro, with 35 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, has joined as Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Asset Services. In Northern California, Tom Conwell has joined the Sacramento office as Senior Vice President, bringing over 20 years of local market expertise.
**Newmark** has expanded its presence in the Bay Area and Los Angeles. Tenant leasing advisors Sean McCallum and Tyler Paratte have joined as Executive Managing Director and Director, respectively, bolstering the company’s occupier services. Additionally, Lex Yoo and Brent Koo have joined as Senior Managing Directors in Los Angeles, where they will be part of the newly established South Korean Advisory Group, focusing on office and industrial leasing and sales.
**Bridger Fund**, a California-focused private commercial real estate lender, has named Spence Sarazin as Vice President of Investor Relations. Sarazin brings over a decade of experience in real estate finance, with previous leadership roles at Anderson Roberts Financial and First Republic Bank. He will oversee investor relations and capital-raising activities.
**Greenberg Traurig, LLP**, the global law firm, has expanded its Construction Law Practice with the return of Eric Hieber to its San Francisco office. Hieber will focus on transactional planning for construction projects, leveraging a background in civil engineering and general contracting.
**Dome Construction**, a San Francisco-based general contractor, has named Tim Cadenasso as Director and Shareholder. Cadenasso has managed more than $250 million in projects and has worked with major institutions such as Kaiser, UCSF, and Stanford.
**LTC Properties, Inc.**, a real estate investment trust (REIT) specializing in seniors housing and healthcare, has appointed David Boitano as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. Boitano previously held senior roles at Ventas and has overseen transactions totaling more than $5 billion. The appointment follows Clint Malin’s promotion to co-CEO.
**Gallelli Real Estate** in Roseville continues its strategic growth with the hiring of top-producing brokers Rick Phillips and Ed Benoit, both formerly with TRI Commercial.
**UC Ventures**, a boutique real estate investment management firm based in San Francisco, has hired Julie Chang as Managing Director of Investments. Chang previously spent nine years at ACORE Capital on the San Francisco-based loan originations team.
**Clearwater Living**, a senior living real estate and property management company, announced that eight of its communities in California and Arizona have received “Best of” and “High Performing” accolades in U.S. News & World Report’s annual Best Senior Living ratings. These designations are based on more than 450,000 consumer surveys.
**Griffin Capital Company**, a multifamily-focused real estate investment firm with $4 billion in assets under management, has appointed Riley Wilson as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions in El Segundo, California. Wilson will lead multifamily acquisition efforts in the western United States. He previously served as Head of Acquisitions at Kushner Companies in New York. The role was filled with the assistance of executive search firm RETS Associates.
