Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of Stonegate Plaza, a five-suite retail strip located in Omaha, Nebraska, for $2.4 million.
Stonegate Plaza spans 13,648 square feet and is fully leased. The retail center is anchored by Sherwin-Williams, which has been a tenant at the property for over 20 years.
“We received strong interest in Stonegate Plaza, with multiple offers submitted,” said Austin Sweet, Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap. “The seller ultimately chose a local investor who is deeply familiar with the Omaha market. With retail vacancy at historic lows, investor demand remains exceptionally high, and we expect this property to continue performing well as a stable, service-oriented center.”
