**Hilco Real Estate Expands Receivership Team with Industry Veterans**

Hilco Real Estate (HRE) is strengthening its Receivership and Fiduciary Services division with the addition of April Priebe and Brittany Herringshaw—two professionals with a combined 35-plus years of experience across multifamily and student housing operations as well as distressed asset management.

As of Q2 2025, HRE is managing over 110 active assignments, including 7.6 million square feet of office space and more than 6,300 multifamily units. The expansion of their team reflects the company’s commitment to scaling its specialized services to meet increasing client demands.

April Priebe has spearheaded the turnaround of over 250 properties across more than 30 states, bringing a deep well of operational knowledge and strategic insight. Brittany Herringshaw brings significant expertise in overseeing property transitions and managing REO transactions, with extensive experience across diverse markets and asset types.
