**Third & Urban Receives Green Light for Major Brookhaven Redevelopment**

Third & Urban has received approval from the Brookhaven City Council to move forward with a major redevelopment project that will transform a dated office park into a vibrant, mixed-use community. The redevelopment, located on 32 acres in Corporate Square, will feature a variety of residential and commercial components.

The plans include the development of 1,500 apartments, 250 townhomes, and 176 senior living units. In addition, the site will house 100,000 square feet of medical office space, 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a 350-key hotel.

Third & Urban is currently under contract to purchase the site, and the project is expected to be built in phases, with construction slated to begin in 2026. The firm is best known for its in-town developments such as Westside Paper and Armour Yards.

In compliance with Brookhaven’s zoning code, which requires 15 percent open space, the project includes generous green spaces between buildings and plans for a connection to the Peachtree Creek Greenway. The development will also feature sidewalks and trail paths throughout the property to promote walkability and community connectivity.

This marks a significant step forward in the ongoing transformation of Brookhaven, bringing new housing, healthcare, hospitality, and recreational spaces to the area.
